A Day in the Life of our receptionist:

Missy

Missy is our lead receptionist.  She came to The Cat's Meow with experience in the veterinary field and has been invaluable in answering questions to clients over the phone.  Because she comes armed with knowledge, she learned very quickly how we do things around here, and she fit in very easily.  Missy's cheerful yet laid-back personality allows her to complete tasks well but without getting stressed out.  Although she is very professional, she likes to have fun, too.  We are very proud to include her as part of our team!!!
