I also really appreciate that you do so much in the room in front of us. I love being a part of it and love to see your patience and techniques at work. Our other vet had to sedate our cats it seemed for every little thing which ran up the cost and did everything in the back. Seeing how you do it all with such care and empathy mean everything to me."
