Dr. Susan and Dr. Loupe, as well as all the staff, care so much about each cat they see. They are willing to do whatever is needed to meet every cat's needs even when it's a little feral kitten in danger of losing her badly injured tail.

Dr. Loupe and her staff were extremely accommodating; getting a new patient in so quickly and making us feel right at home. They looked after our Miggy like he was apart of their family. I have found the Vet for our family.

Dr. Susan and Dr. Loupe genuinely love and understand cats and have their best interests at heart. They always spend time discussing my cats' conditions and treatment options with me and answer every question I have. I am very grateful for them.

Treated my tom so nicely!! The doctor showed me and explained everything clearly and if I had any questions she answered them with no problem. Will be taking my old Tom here for now on! And reasonably priced!

This Vet ROCKS. Very helpful and caring. These guys are awesome with my babies. Very thorough exams and they always answer all my questions and concerns. They even have given follow up phone calls to see how my kitties were doing. Highly recommend!!!

I was impressed by their professionalism and ability to help me understand the factors surrounding my cat's health, which are many. I appreciated their ability to list out possible options regarding treatment and costs. They were very kind to us.

Everyone is gentle, caring, and knowledgeable from the veterinarians to the assisting staff. I am happy trusting the health care of my cats to Cats Meow.

Dr Loupe knew so much more to help our cat than prior vets. Though we loved our prior vet clinic, it was like the difference between taking your child to a pediatrician instead of a general practice doc.

Whenever I have to leave my cat there for boarding I never worry about her while I'm gone. The staff is so good to her, and great about keeping me updated.

Felt comfortable and so did Callie. Was so nice to her and Dr. Susan just had a way with her. She usually isn't friendly with strangers, but liked her. Everyone at office was so nice and caring. They were very informative.

The doctor was very thorough and honest in her communication. She gave me two price options to assess my cat's illness, which I appreciated and she was also very loving towards him.

I was extremely pleased with our visit. The calm environment helped my cat to stay relaxed and comfortable. Most of all I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Susan! She spent at least 30 minutes with us during the visit and she answered every question!

Excellent service and communication. This was a tech visit for nail trimming and weight but I have never been disappointed with any of the services I have received at this facility. Great staff! Well informed and very caring personnel.

Our furbabies have been cared for by Cats Meow for over twenty years, and the care has always been outstanding! I can't imagine using another place to have my cat taken care of.

I loved that the hospital was dedicated to cats. The staff understood that was my baby was scared and they did not make me feel uncomfortable with the situation but on the other hand helped me and my cat feel more at ease.

Head and shoulders above the rest! Dr. Loupe and Cindy were so sweet in taking care of my sick kitty. The staff understood how scared he was and handled him gently and in a loving manner as a family member would. My vet from now on. 15 stars!!!

The staff was very patient with my questions. The Dr. explained what she was going to do to my pet before she did anything and made sure I understood each process. You can tell the people working here love cats.

I've been to other vets in town and always felt rushed and like the doctor had other things more important than my pet on their mind. This was a totally different experience! All my questions were answered. We'll be patients for life!
