I loved that the hospital was dedicated to cats. The staff understood that was my baby was scared and they did not make me feel uncomfortable with the situation but on the other hand helped me and my cat feel more at ease.

The vet really took her time ensuring a proper diagnosis and discussing treatment options for the future. She worked with me to make sure that I was involved in decision making with my cat.

Best place for cats. They are very knowledgeable with cats which, in our experience, is not always the case at other veterinarians we have been too.

Head and shoulders above the rest! Dr. Loupe and Cindy were so sweet in taking care of my sick kitty. The staff understood how scared he was and handled him gently and in a loving manner as a family member would. My vet from now on. 15 stars!!!

The staff was very patient with my questions. The Dr. explained what she was going to do to my pet before she did anything and made sure I understood each process. You can tell the people working here love cats.

Dr. Loupe was pleasant, thorough and genuinely and gently cared for my 18 year-old cat. I was impressed with the vet tech, too. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

Dr. Loupe is such a kind, compassionate doctor. She's been so helpful with my cat who has a serious illness. She listens attentively and answers any and all questions. Always satisfied with the care my cats receive!

I've been to other vets in town and always felt rushed and like the doctor had other things more important than my pet on their mind. This was a totally different experience! All my questions were answered. We'll be patients for life!

I took my cat in for a spay and vaccinations, which required her to stay overnight. I never have reservation about leaving my cats with TCM because I'm sure they will be well taken care of and appreciate that the vet herself will call with updates.

I didn't feel rushed when it was my turn to see Dr. Susan. The doctor and the technicians took time to educate me and I felt they really cared about my pet and foster kitten.

First timer, and I was impressed. Dr. Susan is great! She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, gave great advice and handled our kitty perfectly. The place was so clean, and there was no long wait times. Other places keep you waiting for an hour.

I was very anxious about our sick 8 wk old rescued kitten and I left feeling very confident we could take good care of her. She is gaining weight rapidly and is running all over the house now and my 9 yr old cocker is wondering what happened!!
